CLASS OF 1972 REUNION

Classmates and Guests gathered July 27, 2002 for the 30 year reunion of Houston County High School Class of 1972. The "Stroll Down Memory Lane" began at noon at the Houston County Middle School (the former Houston County High School). After viewing the HCMS, thegroup toured the new state-of-the-art High School. Mr. Mark Beal, Director of Schools, graciously hosted the graduates and their guests. He provided information in recent renovations to the HCMS and insight into the planning, financing, building and capabilities of the new HCHS.
Southernaire Restaurant was the site for reassembly at 5 p.m. The evening began with a registration and social hour period, followed by prayer and the meal. Next camea program highlighted by words from Mr. Mark Beal and Class Sponsor Ms. Evelyn Cook, special recognition awards, door prizes and music performed by the band Meriwether Lewis Lightning.
